Chris Neises is Vice President of Contact Center Operations for Cincinnati Bell Inc. She is responsible for operational performance management for Cincinnati Bell’s contact centers including sales, billing, and technical repair – voice, internet, television, as well as financial care, B2B support, outbound telemarketing and omni-channel support. We sat down with her to ask how Cincinnati Bell has prepared for the COVID-19 pandemic and how she and her team are handling the increased demand.
Brian is the Vice President of Field Operations. He and his team are responsible for all outside plant construction and maintenance, consumer and business installation and repair, dispatch, training, process improvement, and departmental data analytics in the Cincinnati Bell operating area. Brian joined the company November 5th, 1995 and has previously served multiple hourly, management, and leadership positions within Field Operations. Ron is the Vice President of Network Operations and is responsible for technology and service management functions including; the Network Operations Center, planning and engineering, central office support and the technology and networks at the heart of the company’s residential, business and wholesale services, for both Cincinnati and Hawaii. Ron has been with the company since his co-op days in 1993 and has held leadership positions in several areas of the organization including IT, Contact Center, Managed Services and Field Operations.
