Jacqueline Emigh

Jacqueline Emigh is a highly experienced technology and business journalist. Over the past 20 years, Jacqueline has worked full-time as a site editor at Ziff Davis; senior editor at BetaNews; bureau chief for Newsbytes News Network, a division of .Post-Newsweek; and, most recently, software editor for TechTarget's TechnologyGuide Division. Meanwhile, as a freelancer, she's written news stories, features and reviews for many major sites and magazines, including PC World, PC Magazine, eweek, Computerworld, InformationWeek, ZDNet, Byte, American Banker, Windows in Financial Services, Enterprise Networking Planet, Federal Computer Week, and Linux.com, to name a few. She is currently a freelance contributing editor for Techwalla and an author at ANewDomain. She has also written for custom web sites, newsletters and special reports sponsored by Microsoft, Verizon, Dell, and Oracle. In her three years at TechTarget, Jacqueline wrote, edited and assigned news stories, features and reviews for six sites: Notebook Review, Brighthand, Tablet PC Review, Desktop Review, Digital Camera Review, and Printer Comparison. She also assembled and managed a team of freelance writers. She was honored by TechTarget with editorial and "employee of the quarter" awards. Earlier on, she was named one of the world's "Top 25 Wired Women" by the Webgrrls (sic) industry association. She holds a B.S. in Mass Communications, with a journalism concentration, from Emerson College.
